If paid with a Check or Wire Transfer: = Check Refund - If paid with a Gift Card: = Company Credit

If you paid with a Check, Credit Card, Wire Transfers, or Gift Card: = Company Credit
If You Do Not Have Your Original Receipt:
• Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-406-5006 for instructions on how to return your item(s).
• After we have verified the sale, we will issue you a Company Credit.
How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. You may return your order to BoatersPlanet.com™. To return directly to BoatersPlanet.com™, please review the guidelines below:
• Merchandise containing hazardous material may only be returned to BoatersPlanet.com™ or an Authorized Boaters Planet Shipping Center.
• Computer software, sunglasses and swimwear may not be returned.
• Special Orders and drop ships are subject to a 20% restocking fee (Unless prohibited by law).
• BoatersPlanet.com™ will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order or special arrangements have been made with a Boaters Planet Representative.
• We will replace defective units and exchange for the same model and style only.
• Include all original accessories, warranty card, and (if available) the original box.
• Pack the merchandise securely to prevent damage.
• A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged on all returns.
• For your protection, please insure the package for its full value.
**We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. We will however, make every effort to be as accommodating as possible. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws. However, if “non-faulty” accounts are cancelled within two weeks of the first payment a full refund, will be given.”
No Sales Tax
BoatersPlanet.com™ is required by law to charge sales tax in any state in which we have a physical location (brick and mortar store). Companies are required by the state and local tax authority to pay sales tax on all items that are sold in or shipped to a location within a state that the company has a physical location. Since we have no locations outside the state of Virginia, we are not required to charge sales tax on any purchases made outside the state of Virginia.
